Privacy policy

This policy explains what information 4Autom8AI collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. 4Autom8AI is run by Nathan Hanson and is based in the United States. We work with accounting and tax firms in the U.S. and Canada.

What we collect

When you request a system review, the form asks for:

• Your first and last name, work email, and firm website
• Your answers about your firm: what slows it down, which parts interest you, your budget range, and when you’d like to start
• The date and time you sent the form

We don’t ask for client files, tax information, or financial account details through this website, and we ask that you don’t send them through the form.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and schedule your system review
• To prepare for the call and write the plan we send you afterward
• To follow up about that request

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. If we ever start a newsletter, we will only send it to people who ask for it.

Where it goes

Form answers are sent over an encrypted connection to an automation server that 4Autom8AI runs on a hosting provider, and from there to our business email and records. Only Nathan has access to them. Service providers that host our website, server, and email handle the information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details while we are talking with you and for up to two years afterward, so we have the history if you get in touch again. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@4autom8ai.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Canada, you also have rights under Canadian privacy law, including the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies and outside services

• This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser’s standard connection details when the page loads.
• The “Watch the 2-minute video” link opens YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.

Client data in the systems we install

This policy covers this website only. When a firm hires us, the system runs in that firm’s own Microsoft account, and client data stays there. How we handle it is set out in the engagement agreement with that firm.
